"Warranty Guarantee" refers to the terms and conditions under which KTS guarantees the quality and performance of Goods and Services provided to the Customer. Warranty Period: KTS provides a [specified period, e.g., six (6) calendar month] warranty on all machinery, equipment, and spare parts delivered, covering defects resulting from poor workmanship or faulty materials.
Coverage: The warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear. Limitations: The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts at KTS’s discretion. The warranty does not cover any consequential damages or costs related to the defect.
Notification: Customers must notify KTS in writing of any warranty claim within [specified time, e.g., 7 days] of discovering the defect. Documentation: Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and detailed documentation of the defect, including photographs or videos if applicable
Inspection: Upon receipt of a warranty claim, KTS will inspect the defect to determine if it is covered under the warranty. This may include an on-site inspection or the return of the defective part to KTS. Travel and accommodation arrangements are to be made by the customer. Repair or Replacement: If the defect is covered, KTS will, at its discretion, repair the defective part or provide a replacement. Repairs will be conducted on an ex-works basis, and the Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement
Third-Party Products: Products supplied by third-party manufacturers carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer. KTS does not extend or enhance these warranties. Used or Refurbished Parts: Parts supplied as used, refurbished, or from specific sources (e.g., Gujarat / Alang / Bhavnagar) have no warranty unless otherwise specified.
Limited Liability: KTS’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. KTS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the defect. Customer Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold KTS harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising from the use of the defective part, including any third-party claims.
